Bamb’s design brief was relatively simple, design an original logo based around the word GO and reflect the core nature of the business which is high quality bearings.
Our customer was also keen that the logo looked as cool as other extreme sport logos because he is keen to keep pushing rollerblading forward as a sport for men, women, leisure and extreme disciplines.
The hardest part of the design process for this job was the name, GO is a commonly used word and there are already a serious amount of designs out there that we didn’t want to get too close to.
After a lot of research Kim was able to find a logo that just looked right as an icon. Really strong and individual.
It has been a real pleasure to see the business grow and develop to the point where it has a range of products, showcasing the logo screenprinted, embroidered, stamped and animated.
